Check out Moosehead Lake's beauty with a stay at our newly remodeled home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This one has it all! Located near downtown Greenville, this home is perfect for those who want to enjoy a night on the town but still have the convenience of walking across the street to the beach the next day. While the home retains its traditional New England charm from the early 1900s on the outside, the inside has been completely updated to offer modern comfort.

Prepare cost-saving meals in your well-equipped full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher), then enjoy quality time together at the dining room table or outside on the picnic table. The inviting living area, featuring a 70" flatscreen smart TV and a large sectional sofa, is the ideal spot for movie nights, game nights, or just relaxing on rainy afternoons. Outside, the home sits on a large in-town lot with a covered front porch and fire pit, perfect for evening cookouts and s'mores!

You’ll be within walking distance of many Greenville staples such as the Stress-Free Moose, Red Cross Beach (Moosehead Lake), and downtown Greenville.

Popular activities include whitewater rafting, fishing, hunting, golfing, ATV rentals, boating, boat rentals, and more. You’ll also enjoy direct access to ATV and snowmobile ITS trails right from the property! Launch your boat at the public launch at Greenville Junction, less than two miles away from your door.

Other in-home amenities include a mudroom for all your gear, and plenty of parking space for 12 vehicles or several trucks and snowmobile/ATV trailers. The property also features a full laundry room with washer and dryer, and all linens provided. High-speed Wi-Fi and internet are available, with plenty of workspaces. And, for the coffee lovers, a well-stocked coffee bar is ready to go.
