Seas The Breeze is a wonderful retreat for gathering family and friends. This 4/2, two-story home is on a corner lot with mature trees, fenced yard, porches up, and down, and located only a few blocks from the beach!

This spacious home boasts 1800 sq ft and has a bright, coastal theme. Gather your family and friends, and treat yourself to some well needed time away, at Seas The Breeze, a family favorite! In addition to being close to the beach, this lovely retreat is also near many attractions.
Some features include wood floors, granite countertops, a large dining area and table with room to to gather with friends and family, a fenced yard with mature trees and plenty of free on-street parking. The first floor includes a large living room with a corner table to play games or cards. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equiped with quality appliances. There is a small breakfast bar with bar stools, between the kitchen and dining area. The laundry room sits just off the kitchen and features a door to the back yard where your group will have plenty of seating space ta the picnic tables, while grilling out. The master bedroom is off the dining area and includes french doors overlooking the side yard with a small private deck. There is also an en suite bathroom with a renovated, glassed-in, tiled shower.

The second-floor hosts three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs has two twin beds. This twin room has a connecting door to the third bedroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and is attached to the hallway bathroom. The final fourth bedroom has a spacious layout with a king bed, TV, laptop friendly work desk and a private balcony, with chairs. The balcony is accessed through a large floor to ceiling window. You''ll enjoy the wonderful Gulf breezes and views of the beach!

Centrally located means you''ll be close to everything, from the beach to local restaurants and night life!
- Five-minute walk to the beach and Seawall Boulevard.
- Have fun shopping local gift shops or rent a bike along the Seawall.
- Half a mile to the Historic Pleasure Pier on 25th and Seawall.
- Only two blocks from Menard Park which has a recreation center & picnic shelter, plus basketball & tennis courts. Be sure to check out the cool new turtle mural facing the Seawall!
- Like to skateboard? The Jonathan M. Romano Skate Park is located directly behind Menard Park.
- Local eateries such as The Spot, BLVD Seafood, Shrimp N Stuff and Float Patio are all nearby to satisfy your appetite whether you''re in the mood for a delicious burger or excellent seafood.
- Grab a drink at any of the several local watering holes close by including Beerfoot Brewery, Poop Deck and Rumors Beach Bar.
- Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 5.7 miles away.
Please note that Seas the Breeze does not feature central air or heat, however, there are window units and space heaters available in every room for your comfort.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
