Idyllwild has so much to offer tourists, including upscale dining, shopping, and art. Get ready to be “wowed” by the never-ending views from this contemporary mountain-style retreat. With attention to detail, cool finishes, cozy spaces plus a wrap-around deck with hot tub and long-range views, you will immediately feel relaxed at Sunset.

But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There is again the stunning, wrap-a-round deck for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Lake Fulmore & Lake Hemet area has so much to offer guests; from hiking and walking trails, streams, boating, swimming, and much more. While at Sunset, everyone enjoys all that Idyllwild has to offer. Of course, when you return home, the spectacular deck affords a space where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Take a seat and enjoy the sound of nature and the serenity in your private paradise at the top of the world.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January

-Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
