The space:
1000 square feet, pet friendly 2-bedroom log cabin with fenced in yard. Dogs must be fully house trained. No cats.

You won’t see many cars coming down this quiet dead end gravel road but you can still get Whole Foods delivered!

Internet Access:
The property utilizes Starlink satellite wifi, a recent addition and an improvement over traditional satellite providers. It supports streaming and video calls without any data limitations. However, please be aware that signal strength may be affected by cloud cover and summer foliage.


There is a split unit with an Air Conditioner/Heater in the common space, will cool down and heat the bedrooms if the doors are left open. Wood burning stove will keep the house very toasty and is operable October-end of April.

Smart TV: sign into your own apps. No cable television.

You are welcome to pick fresh herbs and fruit from the property when they are in season.

Check-in time is at 3pm, Checkout-time is at 10am. If you prefer an early check-in or late checkout kindly message me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Guest access:
You’ll have access to the entire home and about 3/4 of an acre of fenced in property. I live in the barn on the property part time but there are no shared spaces and you will have the entire fenced in area to yourself.

Other things to note:
The home is located about 5 minutes off Route 9 in a quiet development. Once you turn off Route 9 the last 2 miles are down a bumpy gravel road, it is recommended that your vehicle have 4WD or AWD. Low clearance vehicles not recommended. Please plan accordingly.


Security camera is located at entrance to driveway and does not view the property or house.

Unauthorized Guests: Individuals not listed on the original reservation are strictly prohibited from entering the property without prior clearance. This policy includes both friends and family members.

Guest Responsibility: Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property. The owner disclaims responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. Additionally, the owner is not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By confirming a reservation, all guests acknowledge and accept the risk associated with using the premises. Must be 25+ years old to rent. Due to the wood stove and lack of childproofing this home is not suitable for children.
