A charming Sarasota retreat

Conveniently located near downtown in a quiet neighborhood, this house has all the necessary amenities and is extremely clean and bright, The Legacy Trail nearby is an interesting asset for biking and exercise. Theowner was very helpful throughout the rental process.

Perfect location, perfect home!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Sarasota! The house was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like a variety of spices and plenty of coffee. The backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we loved relaxing on the screened-in porch. The grill was a great bonus for cooking outdoors. The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown, where we enjoyed fantastic restaurants and live music. Emily was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. This home was perfect for me and my family, and we will definitely be back!

Quality stay in a great location

Emily was the most attentive host. The house is incredibly well maintained and clean. Fixtures and appliances are the same quality we have at home so we never felt that we were settling for less to be close to the beach and shopping. House has all the comforts of home and then some. Very enjoyable and if we didn’t just buy a house nearby I’d be staying again!
