Newly built beach house sleeps up to 8 people, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bedroom loft with 2 twin beds and a full/full bunk bed, two full baths (one on each floor) kitchen with granite counter, tile on the first floor, vinyl flooring on the second floor, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, wi-fi and cable, Central Air, Weber Grill, 3 TVs with cable, fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, 4 beach chairs an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This home is located in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. Limited outdoor space due to the property being in the rear of the lot. 3 min. walk up to the beach. Within walking distance of many attractions, shops, restaurants, and the bakery. No pets allowed. Two Beach Badges are included. No linens, towels, or paper goods are provided. We provide comforters and pillows. Renters must bring their own sheets, towels, and paper goods.
