This centrally-located apartment is a 15 min walk to UT and 2.5 miles to downtown Austin. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses and major highways, this unit is family friendly, kid friendly, pet friendly, student friendly.

The bedroom features a Queen size Purple mattress with a whole closet for clothing and suitcase storage..

There is a full kitchen equipped with multiple methods of coffee brewing depending on your preference (there's pour overs, French presses, and a standard programmable pot).

Take advantage of the office space with a hydraulic standing desk feature and a balance board or just a pull up a chair.

Enjoy the pool - there's lots of shade and lounge chairs.
