Please note that children over 12 years of age are welcome, and one dog is permitted within the fenced property, with leash requirements enforced on the beach and outside the yard to respect neighbors' concerns. Additionally, measures are in place to ensure control of dog barking, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.

HEATING AND COOLING
Honeywell operating panel in the library.
In the summer system is set on Cool. Keep temperature
On 75. When it is warmer outside the air condition will kick in.
System should be turned off if doors are left open.

INDUCTION RANGE
Stove top control panel: Tap on/off. Select wanted burner.
Tap wanted heat selection, min. low, med or max
To turn off one burner, tap the burner circle and 0.
To regulate heat on burner, tap burner circle and heat level.
Tap Off to turn off all.

OVEN
Bake: oven turns automatically to 350. Tap numbers up and down to the right to regulate heat. Tap enter.
Broil: Oven turns automatically to hi. Tap enter

WASHING MACHINE
Load the washer
Add cleaning product to up left detergent dispenser drawer
Turn on the washer and select cycle.
Push start/pause button to begin cycle.

DRYER
Load the dryer
Make sure lint filter is clean!
Push power button
Select cycle
Push start/pause button
Clean lint filter for next use.

DISHWASHER
Push on button
Auto comes on
Start
Push off when finished

TV:
TV in living room and back bedroom has access to a variety of streaming channels thru a fire stick.
Guests need to log in with their own Username and Password.
Log out before leaving.

SONOS SUROUND SOUND SYSTEM
Boxes will be located in the front bedroom and can not be moved. Please do not touch or tamper with
The Sonos and sound box, when this will disconnect the sound system!!
Guests can get Sonos app (gold square) from app store on their phones.
Log into “excisting system”
Do not log into TV soundbar! That is only for the television.
I have turned off the outdoor speakers in leu of neighbors. We have no control of the guests

ANIMALS
Please keep animals off furniture.
Please serve food and water in laundry room. Dishes are provided there.
We do not want pests on deck.
If dogs are not watched closely, please keep all 3 gates closed, so that dogs are not wandering over to the neighbors.
Please pick up bathroom duty from your dog. Pooper scooper is behind the garage. Deposit bagged up in the garbage can.

GARDEN
Sprinkler system turns on at 5.00 am.
The gardener is coming every Thursday
On hot days in the summer, gardener´s assistant will be doing additional watering of some of the flower beds.
This garden was a big investment!
