Completely renovated, this charming apartment features one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The interior is warm, with details that highlight the neighborhood's style. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are integrated into an open space, designed for practicality. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a large queen-sized bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom, though small, is well-thought-out and includes everything you need. Bed linens are provided, along with all the essentials for a hassle-free stay. A double folding bed is available to accommodate guests.

You will have access to the entire apartment. A free parking spot is reserved for you at the back of the building. We are available to respond to you between 9 AM and 10 PM (Eastern Time) every day via the booking platform's messaging system.

Limoilou is a charming and lively neighborhood with beautiful tree-lined streets and alleys where children play. It features old brick buildings with spiral staircases and is highly favored by young families and entrepreneurs. The neighborhood is currently experiencing great vitality. The street layout is similar to New York’s, with perpendicular streets and avenues. Strolling along 3rd Avenue, between 2nd and 16th Streets, you'll find many attractive small shops: gourmet grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, craft boutiques, art galleries, tea rooms, ice cream parlors... In the summer, part of 3rd Avenue is reserved for pedestrians.
