This mansion on a hilltop offers 31 acres of peaceful country side and many other opportunities to relax in luxury. Our home sleeps up to 21 people.

-Bedroom 1 (first floor): King bed with a master bathroom.
-Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has a king bed with full bath.
-Bedroom 3 and 4 (upstairs) have a queen and share a jack and jill full bathroom.
-Bedroom 5 (basement) has a queen bed.
-Bedroom 7 (basement) has 2 double beds and a twin trundle. There is a full bath right outside these bedrooms.
The office on the main floor has a queen sofa bed.
The living room also has a queen pullout sofa bed.

No pets please. Our family has allergies to pets.

A security deposit is required and will be returned if our home is returned in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. While our property is secluded we still have neighbors. Please be courteous of them. We want to keep them happy. :) Our quiet hours are from 10 PM-7 AM.

2. Our property does NOT allow smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

3. There are 8 OUTSIDE cameras to protect our home when we aren't around and for the safety of our guests.

4. No hunting, shooting, ATVs, or Dirt Bikes on the property.

5. No fireworks

6. While our pool does have a door with a lock, there is a cover that can be used for safety of little ones. This is available upon request.

7. Our pool is a concrete/salt water pool and is more abrasive than a pool with a liner.

8. Keep in mind because our home is somewhat secluded and parts of the property are wooded you may see/hear LOTS of wildlife!
