Private family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to to bay beach with playground equipment and easy access to ocean beach. Pickle ball courts are a stones throw away.
What makes this property unique
The amazing views, the private neighborhood and easy access to the beach. Great restaurants are < 10 minutes away north and south of the house.
