Our Home is located in the heart of the Poconos Mountain and offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, game room and wake up to breathtaking lake views from the bedroom. Outside, savor BBQs, enjoy the fire pit or embark on a kayaking adventure. Come and stay with us for your adventure in the Poconos! As you step into our home, you're welcomed by an open-concept design, connecting the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Feel the warmth of tasteful decor and the promise of relaxation that lingers in the air.

The first floor boasts a cozy bedroom with a King-size bed, ensuring a tranquil night's sleep. Ascend to the second floor, where you'll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms – bedroom 1 with two queen-size beds, bedroom 2 with a full size bunk-bed, and bedroom 3 with a luxurious queen-size bed. Each bedroom is a cozy sanctuary, inviting you to unwind after a day of adventure, complete with fresh linens and essential toiletries. But the true allure lies outside, where a breathtaking lake view graces every corner. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, kayaking on the tranquil waters, or enjoying a lakeside BBQ, the outdoor amenities promise boundless joy.

Indulge in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, from cozying up by the indoor fireplace to exploring the serene lake with our provided kayak. For the tech-savvy, free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available. The entertainment options extend to a TV, ping pong table, and arcade games, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings, taking advantage of lake access and a private backyard featuring a fire pit and outdoor dining area. We are pet-friendly and accommodating long-term stays of 28 days or more.

Guest access
Guess can access all areas of the house and front and back of house. The driveway can accommodate maximum of three cars.

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

2 lakes, 6 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, 1 wall ball court, 4 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 9-hole miniature golf (seasonal), 1 pavilion, 2 community gardens, seasonal snack bar, paddle boating (seasonal), kayaking (seasonal), canoeing (seasonal), 1 swimming beach, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating (seasonal), outdoor ping pong, cornhole/bean bags, and 24-hour security.

All amenities within the community are subject to availability.

Passes may be purchased for $12/day per guest for the wristband for the pool. Wristbands can be purchased at the pool via credit card only. Cash is not accepted and kids under 3 are free.

Note: POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

** Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.
