Guests will have access to the entire home, an upper-level deck with a private hot tub, and one assigned parking place located across the street from the home.

Tucked amongst towering pine trees, the home is a mile from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, a renowned resort that is great for beginning skiers to practice. Those in the area for winter sports will find Mt Rose Ski Resort and Northstar Ski Resort both within a 25-minute or less drive, offering quick access to the slopes. In the summertime, this area becomes a beautiful outdoor haven with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails to explore and pristine beaches to relax on. Golf enthusiasts have the immaculate course at Incline Village Champion Golf Course 2 miles from the home!

When you are in the mood for more city exploring, Incline Village offers a range of dining options, boutique shops, luxury spas, and well-maintained parks to enjoy. The home has a public transportation TART stop a two miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway, which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport, there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle, take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
