Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom house, perfect for 6 or more guests, nestled in a desirable neighborhood. This home boasts a private pool, free parking, and tastefully furnished spaces, all within easy reach of local attractions. Enjoy both comfort and convenience in a tranquil community setting.

The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.

The pool is private for your use. However, the backyard is semi-shared, so you may occasionally see residents from other units passing through. Maintenance staff, such as gardeners or the pool technician, might also access the area without prior notice.
