Welcome to Cardinal's Nest, your coastal getaway less than half a mile from Long Sands Beach! This home is perfectly situated to enjoy all that York Beach has to offer.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by sunlight streaming into the open-concept living and dining area—a perfect spot to relax with your family after a fun-filled beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a traditional Lobster Bake to a backyard family BBQ.

If you prefer dining out, you're just a short distance from all the must-try eateries in York. The first floor also features a convenient three-quarter bath.

Upstairs, the second floor hosts a spacious King primary bedroom with an adjoining laundry room, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. The third floor includes a bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with a queen bed and day bed.

Outside, you'll love the converted garage game room with a living area and ping pong table. Unwind by the wood-burning fire pit, perfect for making s'mores and relaxing.
