É a segunda vez que alugo este ap. Ele é muito bem localizado próximo de tudo mercado,padaria,farmácia etc. Sempre limpo. Sem contar que a Jô ė muito atenciosa com que aluga mesmo distante sempre online para atender nossas perguntas,e sempre melhorando o ap. na primeira vez não tinha wifi agora já tem. Prédio muito seguro está foi a segunda vez,tenho certeza que voltarei

Péssimo!!

Ola estive no apartamento até este fim de semana. E diferente do que foi acordado e descrito na descrição o apartamento não estava em condições de receber minha família, banheiro sujo até com fezes no caso sanitário, tivemos q realizar uma limpeza, ventiladores muito sujos com crosta, máquina de lavar não funciona, panela de arroz não funciona, geladeira além de ser muito antiga desligava tda hora, tomadas frouxas. Controle garagem falha muito por 2 x tive q chamar alguém pra abrir a garagem pois o controle não funciona direito.

Casa limpa, organizada, bem próxima a praia e comércios próximos também. Dona muito atenciosa e educada. Condomínio pequeno e tranquilo, unica observação a fazer, é que foi solicitado que todas as portas fossem sempre trancadas quando passasse por elas, mais todas as vezes que íamos descer para a garagem, a porta para a mesma, estava aberta com a tranca virada para não travar sozinha, fora isso, tudo OK.

Ótimo lugar!

Aluguei para a minha família para passarmos o final de semana e foi ótimo. Local limpo e aconchegante, com utensílios de cozinha e roupas de cama para quem não quiser levar. Não tenho absolutamente nada pra reclamar. Com certeza alugarei mais vezes. Obrigada!
