Located in a family-friendly and quiet area, our house is few minutes' drive from all the essential amenities, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Our single unit detached house features an open-concept main floor unit, a parking area, and a backyard.
The 3 bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed and a personal closet, with 2 of the rooms also including a laptop-friendly workspace complete with a comfortable chair and table, making it ideal for guests working from home or studying. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination and fresh towels for each guest. Additionally, a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies are easily accessible in the kitchen area.
There is an oversized driveway that provides parking space for up to 5 vehicles.
