Our Cozy Nook is just down the block from the Historic Downtown Mesa Arts District. Our area is home to some of the best parks, foodie spots, arts, and shopping! We’re Arizona locals who know the best eats, cool events, and gems — we welcome you. The entire home is yours, from the modern kitchen + cafe-style study bar to the cozy living room space featuring a fireplace. Our location is prime, just cross the street to hop on the train directly to Sky Harbor International Airport, ASU, or Downtown Phoenix.

★ THE SPACE

The entire home is yours. You’ll have private access to a fully furnished bedroom hosting a double bed, and minimalist-style closet space. The modern kitchen + cafe-style study bar is equipped with the very basics for ease, from utensils to salt & pepper.

The cozy living room space converts to sleeping space when there’s a full house, and we provide additional sleeping arrangements that can accommodate up to four guests. It also features a fireplace, and and if you're a Netflix lover ♡ our TVs have it at no cost to you! You can also log in to use your Prime Video, Hulu, and other entertainment accounts.

Our nook has a snug walk-in shower, and the temperatures are yours to control. Plus, whether you're in the bedroom or living room, you'll have connectivity to our 5G Wi-fi.

You're welcome to enjoy some time outside in our patio sitting area, either to relax or catch one of our beautiful Arizona sunsets. At night time, our solar-powered lights will light the way.

Please keep in mind our Cozy Nook is part of a larger & tightly knit community, and are in close proximity to other mobile homes. The space is completely private to you, but if your needs are different, please consider booking a different stay.

Our Cozy Mesa Nook has long been our charming home, and is entirely renovated for functionality and a modern look! As one of our guests describes it, it's "a hidden gem" near Downtown Mesa, close to tons of amazing parks, museums, markets, dining, shopping, and fun activities, in a neighborhood that has been very safe. No car — no problem, just cross the street to hop on the train directly to Sky Harbor International Airport, Tempe, Downtown or West Phoenix!
