Got the job done

For what we paid, this house was spot on. It had all the basics (beds for everyone, couch/ottoman, TV, dining table/chairs, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery) and nothing really extra, which we appreciated. The less there is for the boys to break, the better. It did look like they had purchased books for the boys, which was very sweet and much appreciated. The house got warm despite the AC, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would do wonders for helping to keep the house cooler. The location cannot be beat. Less than 5 minutes to 3 different grocery stores, Palladium is maybe 10 minutes up the road, and Jamestown 10 minutes up Lexington. We will be considering this property the next time we come out for a visit.
