Newly renovated, spacious 2bed/2 bath home in the Village of Silver Springs. Near pools, golf courses, pickleball, shopping, dining and Spanish Springs Town Square for nightly live music!New kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Enclosed lanai with AC. Lots of parking (golf cart rental info available).Master suite (king bed) has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom (double sink granite top vanity and step in tiled shower). Pictures coming.Guest room (full bed) has a walk in closet. Guest bath has a solid surface step in shower. Pictures coming.
NOTE:
1. Additional cleaning fee and security fee will apply.
2. To partake in the Village amenities, a Guest Pass is $50. This is a one-time fee that must be paid on-site upon your arrival. After payment is complete, the HOA will issue the guest an Amenity Privilege Pass which will grant access to all community amenities.
