You have access to all the amenities of the condominium, 2 swimming pools (the main one on the ground floor for families and the one on the rooftop exclusively for adults), games room, cinema, business center, gym, roof top, kids club, some of them are managed under prior reservation at reception.

We will always have a concierge to help you with your needs. Recommendations for restaurants, tours and excursions, real estate and everything you need during your stay.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messages. There are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

The area is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a very quiet and safe area, where it is close to everything and you can do it on foot, or you can use the scooter that we have for rent to go to more distant beaches.

The entire center and nearby activities can be done on foot, you can also take a taxi or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you require it.

GUESTS MUST WEAR A BRACELET THAT IDENTIFIES THEM AS GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY DURING THEIR STAY.

ACCESS FOR VISITORS IS SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE UNIT, IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 1 PERSON YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE A VISIT, IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 2 PEOPLE THERE IS NO ACCESS FOR VISITORS.

TO USE THE PARKING, PRIOR REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED AT THE RECEPTION TO RECEIVE THE TAG THAT IDENTIFIES THE CAR.

The rooftop pool is exclusively for adults and the main one is for families.

LOCK-OFF refers to one or more rooms connected by a door within the same property.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

La tarifa de limpieza que pagó es para limpiar el alojamiento a su salida. En caso de requerir limpieza adicional durante su estadía, estas tienen un costo extra y están sujetas a disponibilidad.
