Choose which of the 2 pools to swim in, get a spectacular tan on our rooftop sun beds and cool off in the infinity pool. Take a break from the sun and take a dip in the main pool.
Work out at the gym and then relax in the sauna to sweat out all the bad toxins.
Take a break in one of the living rooms to read while your kids play in the kids' club.

You have access to all the amenities of the condominium, some of them by prior reservation at reception, 2 swimming pools, spa, sauna, steam room, games room, cinema, business center, gym, yoga, roof top, kids club.
It is NOT necessary to reserve the pools, the rooftop one is exclusive for adults and the main one is family-friendly.

We will always have a concierge to help you with your needs.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messages. There are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

The use of the amenities is exclusive for guests, not for visitors.

Guests must wear a bracelet that identifies them as guests on the property during their stay.

Visitor access is subject to the maximum capacity of the unit. If your reservation is for 1 person, you have the right to have a visit, if your reservation is for 2, there is no access for visits.

To use the parking lot, prior registration is required at reception to receive the tag that identifies the car.

The rooftop pool is exclusively for adults and the main one is for families.

LOCK-OFF refers to one or more rooms connected by a door within the same property. Therefore, for the comfort of our guests, children under 11 years of age are not accepted at this property.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.

La tarifa de limpieza que pagó es para limpiar el alojamiento a su salida. En caso de requerir limpieza adicional durante su estadía, estas tienen un costo extra y están sujetas a disponibilidad.
