Enjoy your stay in this incredible 1BR in a luxury residential complex with amenities such as GYM, kids club, reading room, infinity pool. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with a king size bed, kitchen, bathroom, private terrace, rooftop with infinity pool and partial sea view. A few steps from the beach, 3 blocks from the 5th avenue, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The best way to travel, relax and enjoy the Mexican Caribbean
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
Common areas are just for guests and owners, no visitors are allowed.
No visitors if there are 2 guests on the reservation.
In the case you reserved as 1 person you may have the chance to have a visitor, a +1.
The rate you have paid includes 10kwatts of electricity per night, in case of exceeding consumption, $8 MXN per extra KW is charged.
