Comfortable and immaculate home with gorgeous sunrise!

My husband and I along recently stayed for 1 week at this lovely property. Tim, our host happened to be there when we pulled into the driveway. Unfortunately the front door lock wasn’t working, but Tim showed us how to access the house through the garage. The 2 mini splits, one downstairs and one upstairs were sufficient to heat the house quite comfortably The location was centrally located to easily cisit Seneca Fall, Watkins Glen and Corning. There are not many restaurants and the best place to stock up is the Walmart about 15!miles away. Saunders Amish market has many homemade treats. Im the town of Ovid there is a little spot called Rylees Place. The place is family run with some of the nicest most friendly people I’ve ever met. The food was really delicious . I had and biscuits special! Awesome. All and all we enjoyed our stay very much and would lve to come back in warmer weather gravy.

Privacy and peace

This property has everything that is wonderful about staying at the lake - flexible, open spaces, an abundance of outdoor seating, lovely views of the lake, sun in the morning, birds, trees, and even a next-door winery. Our host was gracious and helpful. All in all, the perfect environment for a gathering of cousins who had not seen each other in years.

WOW!

If we could give this house more than 5 stars, we would. The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. The fire pit and the yard are great, and the views are incredible. The sunrise is worth setting your alarm for. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. He even had suggestions for fun places to visit. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Fantastic time

We had a great time at this lakehouse ! We all came tifether as a family and enjoyed every moment . Communication with host was great . The owners thought of everything ! This house was very clean and well kept. We thank you so much for a wonderful time and look forwatd to bext year!!!

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

House was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Plenty of privacy and distance from neighbors. Loved the lake access. Back deck and back yard fire pit were perfect hang out spots. Great location close to wineries, breweries and places to eat. Good little grocery in Ovid… We would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful property

Everything you’ll need and then some. Tim was very responsive to any of our questions and very accommodating. Amazing view. Very nice house and property with plenty of room. Huge deck. Very dog friendly. We had a very nice time. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Private, Spacious, and Awesome view

Big, spacious house with great views from every room. Large kitchen open to living area. We really enjoyed this property. Fire Pit, dock, woods, lake access. Everything you could ask for in a lake-house getaway. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Beautiful house and location!

We visit the Finger Lakes every year and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. The house itself was very spacious. Each bedroom either had a balcony or a sliding glass door with lake views. The massive deck off the kitchen was great for evening bbq’s. The yard was absolutely perfect for our dog and the kids to enjoy s’more’s around the fire pit. Last but not least was the enormous lake frontage and dock. The kids caught plenty of large fish and enjoyed the selection of kayaks. Host was very responsive and gave us plenty of kid friendly options in the area.

Welcome to our peaceful neighborhood, where nature's beauty surrounds you. Tall woods provide a perfect backdrop for spotting bald eagles gliding overhead. Privacy here is unbeatable, offering a serene retreat where you can truly relax and get away from it all.

One of our favorite things to do is watch our boys fish off the dock. It's a great spot for them, and the distance from the house means they can enjoy the water safely. We love the peaceful moments this place brings us, and we're excited for you to experience it too!
