Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, just minutes from everything Erie has to offer. Beaches and Waldameer/Water world are less than a mile away! This first-floor condo has been beautifully updated and decorated and is ready to be enjoyed! So close to everything but also very private. Hiking trails directly across the street. Pool is available during season. Sorry - no pets, smoking, or parties out of respect for residents who currently reside within the complex.
