3rd Bedroom= Queen bed

Fully furnished with all the comforts of home.
Living room= one of the couches is a pullout. 65" Smart TV. Wifi. Cable.

Dining room seats 6 comfortably.

Kitchen furnished with all large and small appliances.

1 car garage.
Washer/dryer.
Includes linens, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, use of bbq, bicycles and fishing poles.

Very short walk to the neighborhood pool.

We also have the Social Membership which can be transferred at a nominal fee which would include use of club pool, tennis, pickleball & bocce courts, fitness center, kayaks etc.

Nonsmoker only. No pets.

2025 High Season Availability:
