The Space: Welcome to The Petite Helene! This meticulously renovated home in downtown Charleston is just steps away from King Street and major attractions. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen space boasts a mid-century modern aesthetic, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a built-in coffee bar.

Downstairs, you'll find your room with a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a blush pink double vanity and walk-in shower. There's also an ADA compliant bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. The second downstairs bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in tiled shower with copper fixtures.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)

Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
