Seven steps lead you up to the front door and into the large living room, dining area.
The living room has a large screen TV and opens onto a spacious patio with ample seating and magnificent views of the beach, ocean and park just across the way.

Enjoy your morning coffee here and afternoon cocktail.

The kitchen is equipped for all kinds of meals and has views over the beach whilst cooking.

There are 4 bedrooms, the Primary bedroom features a King -sized bed and a Smart TV.
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Two guest bedrooms have Queen sized beds and there is a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and large vanity.

Enjoy the spa in the back garden area after a long, hard day at the beach.

For your convenience there is parking in the garage for 2 standard size cars and also the driveway is available for parking.
There is also a large washer, dryer in the garage.

The home has portable AC units in the 2 back bedrooms, 1 in the kitchen area and 1 in the living room.

The ocean breezes also cool the house down on hot summer days.

The Shores Getaway will be a home to return to time and time again.

This is a Non Smoking home. No smoking allowed.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

This home is pet friendly.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.

This home is equipped with exterior cameras located at the front door, one facing the garage and one facing the side gate pointing out toward the street.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
