Welcome to our newly remodeled canal front home located in Sneads Ferry, N.C that comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. In close proximity to the back gate bridge to Camp Lejeune, as well as just minutes from North Topsail Beach, this home is the perfect place to host your next getaway to the North Carolina coast. This home features a private dock in the backyard which is perfect for guests wanting to bring their own boat or rent one nearby during their stay.

Inside this home you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with their own adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed with a pull-out trundle bed, and a futon couch that transforms into a bed. Each bedroom has a television.

The living room provides plenty of space to relax after a long day, with sofas to accommodate the entire crew and an entertainment center with a large television. In the living room you’ll also find a futon couch that transforms into another bed.

The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances along with basic cooking equipment to make and enjoy a delicious meal. Off the kitchen is an island with barstool seating, as well as a dining table and chairs. On the back deck overlooking the water, you’ll find a picnic table with a pop up umbrella. Outside we have also included a griddle cooktop and cornhole boards as added amenities for our guests to enjoy.

This home is equipped with Wi-Fi and all of the televisions in house have a connected ROKU. There is a full-size washer and dryer along with an additional toilet and sink in this area. Off from the laundry room is a spacious garage; the driveway of the home provides parking for additional vehicles and even a boat trailer.

This property is located only 2 miles from a free public boat ramp (to launch your boat) and only 6 miles from a public beach access!
