Welcome to this charming cabin just outside Boone, where tranquility and nature embrace you from every corner!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open layout seamlessly connects the living area, the dining space, and the well-equipped kitchen, creating a delightful space for relaxation and making memories. The rustic feel and contemporary furnishings add just the right touch of comfort to make you feel at home.
Get a refreshing night's sleep in either of the cabin's suites. There's a King suite and a Queen suite, and each offers a private bath with tub/shower. Wake up to the gentle sounds of birds chirping and sun rays peeking through the windows, reminding you of the picturesque forest just beyond your doorstep.
Step outside and get ready to be captivated by the blissful ambiance that surrounds you. Enjoy the spacious deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Just 10 minutes' drive to the heart of Boone and all it has to offer including App State, local shops, restaurants and cafes, Booneshine, Brookshire Park & Trail, Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park and The Greenway Trail to name a few. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it, and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home or requesting an exception to the rules.
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
