Smoky Blue - 10 min from downtown Gatlinburg!

You will enter the dining area which is an open concept to the living area and kitchen. This area is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace so you can relax and enjoy a movie while enjoying each other's company.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private full bath. The second and third bedrooms include queen beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds for kiddos or even adults. There is a second full bath. All of these rooms are on one floor so you do not have to walk up and down stairs.

Wanna play Air Hockey, pool, a hand of cards, or maybe even some games on the arcade……you will enjoy the fun in the game room. The property also has 4 TVs with Streaming TV Netflix and Prime Video.

Relax and soak in the hot tub that is located on the back patio or chat around the firepit at night.

There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Family Spring Break

Very nice house and unique location. We loved the house and its lay out. Fit our family great. We couldn’t get ceiling fans in living room to work. Maybe just bad battery in remote. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Peaceful getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at how much space we had, even with 8 people. The kids enjoyed the play space and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is large and modern and the rooms easily accommodated is all. The property is set on a peaceful lot and is super close to downtown Gatlinburg and a quick jaunt to Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend!

Family reunion

The cabin was awesome, I would come back with family. Two things, we couldn’t get the light on the porch with the grill to come on, and there wasn’t a TV in each bedrooms, other than that, everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway with family

The check in process and communication with management company was great. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the kids loved the big chalkboard. The house was in the Arts and Crafts Community and very short drive to the Gatlinburg strip.

Highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! We had complete privacy. The place was very clean. If we needed anything the host was a quick text or phone call away. We had absolutely no problems with our stay. I would definitely come back.

Blue house

Check in was so smooth, they emailed to check in to sees if we needed anything. House was great for having 2 teenagers and a 10yr old. With the games in the gameroom kept them all occupied. Beds were very comfortable and clean. All the basics you would need for cooking are there also.

We LOVED this house! So cute and everything we needed for a weekend stay with family.

This place was perfect for our large family visiting the area for basketball tournament. Everything we needed and more! Such a nicely updated place. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place

We came to the Smokey’s for a short stay and really enjoyed the property. It is a very short drive to Gatlinburg but also far enough out of town to be away from all the noise of the town. The house is well kept and was perfect for our family. Hope to make a trip back sometime in the future.

Best place to stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, etc. We want to come back! This is such an amazing side of Bend with Newport Market, and cute houses. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!
