Located right next to Douglas Lake in Sevierville, this beautiful well-kept gem is only minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, yet far away enough to enjoy some privacy away from it all. You'll have access to a private boat ramp for seasonal lake access and playground access to ensure the whole family has an opportunity to have fun.

Park in the spacious driveway and enter through the front door up the stairs to be greeted by your comfortable living room, featuring its own flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and access to the wrap-around porch, perfect for relaxing on in your rocking chairs while the sun sets.

Head back to the kitchen area to find plenty of dining seating for everyone, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with everything needed to make your next memorable meal. A conveniently placed half bathroom/laundry room is located next to the kitchen, as well as a main-level queen bedroom with its own bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with its own queen bed, full bathroom, and flat screen TV.

Downstairs on the bottom level you'll find two twin beds for more sleeping, as well as access to the lower level porch, featuring an outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing in after a fun-filled day.
