The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms welcome you with comfy beds, superior quality linens and black out curtains throughout for a great night sleep. Outdoor patio and seating with a grill ready to fire up. There is plenty of parking including a 2 car garage and a driveway for 2 more vehicles. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with plenty of sidewalks. Lake access a few blocks away and a nearby kids park. There is plenty to do nearby like the Stockyards, Forth Worth Zoo, Dallas World Aquarium, Pegasus City Brewery, Dickies Arena, Six Flags, etc. We also have TCU and several hospitals and convention centers nearby if you seek a comfortable place to stay as a student or on business since the house is centrally located with easy access to the highway.

My go to place

This place is amazing! Very clean and well located. Neighborhood is calm. Good quality and well maintained appliances. With the fenced backward, my kids felt really at home. Good, clear and real time communication with host. I will definitely book it again.

I have never seen a rental as clean as this, bar none. Everything looks new and is perfectly arranged. The kitchen is especially nice. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The fenced back yard would be great if a guest brought a dog. It’s really nice to have a locking garage. The neighbors are quiet. If i could i would rate it a 6 out of 5!
