Our house is currently being renovated with new furniture, decor, and amenities. The updates include brand new bathrooms, a luxury private heated shipping container pool and hot tub, and outdoor grill and fireplace all to be completed by September 2024.

Enjoy the serene garden terrace nestled between the main home and the DADU. This peaceful retreat features lush gardens, a cozy fireplace, comfortable lounge furniture, and a dining area adorned with overhead string lights.

Equipped with single or double vanities and glass showers, each bathroom is stocked with bath essentials, spa-quality toiletries, and hairdryers.

Each bedroom is furnished with memory foam mattresses and luxurious sateen sheets, complemented by Roku TVs for a variety of streaming options.

DECORATIONS:
Avoid using thumbtacks or command hooks for decorations on walls or wallpaper. Use Scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty instead. No glitter is allowed. Any damage from improper decoration will be charged accordingly.

ACCESS FOR REPAIRS:
Homeowners and property managers may access the property for repair and inspection in a reasonable manner. Guests are expected to comply with the Rental Agreement during their stay and ensure all party members and visitors do the same.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.
