The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Downtown place.

This unit is located in downtown St. Louis on the corner of Olive and 10th Street! It is a farmhouse loft with a Walk Score of 96 that is ideal for vacations, business travel, sporting events, and city exploration.

The Neighborhood:
All of the major attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and the Enterprise Center, are within a five-minute walk. A full-service grocery store is directly across the street, and a Starbucks is a block away

Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.

There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

Great location in downtown St Louis

This place lived up to its title, Spacious.. it was located in the perfect spot for our trip, close to the convention center and walkable to lots of restaurants. The grocery store was just across the street. We were able to find street parking and use the parking app to pay for parking when necessary.However, the place needed a deep clean. There was garbage and dirt on the floor in the kitchen and, the kitchen sink tap was leaking and impossible to run off, one bathroom was covered in drywall dust, most of the blinds were in disrepair and couldn’t be adjusted, the wood floor needed a good mopping. There were no cleaning supplies for us to try to clean up around the place. The best thing about the place was the beds were very comfortable so we had a restful stay.
