About this property

3 bed/2 bath Cozy Sanibel Ground Level House. Fully renovated after Hurricane Ian. Lush landscaping, complete with waterfall, fire pit and bbq. Screened patio with table for 6. Open living space. Large eat in-kitchen, Kitchen Aid appliances, water filtration system on kitchen sink. Kitchen fully stocked with LeCreuset, Staub and Scan Pan cookware/bakeware, microwave/air-fryer/convection oven, wine cooler, single serve coffee pot, French Press and more. Hi-speed internet and WiFi. Living room features leather recliner with massage/heat, sofa (with queen sleeper), two accent chairs and a 65 inch smart TV with 185+ xfinity channels. Primary bedroom features King sized Tempurpedic Breeze bed, sliding glass doors leading to screened patio with blackout curtains and ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom has bathtub/shower and bidet. Second bedroom features ensuite bathroom, shower only and Casper Hybrid mattress and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has sliding glass doors leading to the front outside courtyard and can be used as an office. Crate & Barrell Willow II queen sized sleeper sofa and 65 inch TV. Washer and Dryer located in utility room off of third bedroom. A/C features Reme Halo in-duct air purifier. 5 minute bike ride to beach, Jerry's Grocery Store, restaurants and shops on Periwinkle. House has two adult bikes with helmets, four beach chairs, Cool Cabana, beach cart, six beach towels and two shell shovels. Pets welcome.

Sanibel Island is a top shelling destination, second only to Thailand. 70% of Sanibel Island are natural preserves. Blue Skies Preserve is located directly across the street from the house. A bike path runs the entirety of the Island and you will find unique shops and restaurants within biking distance of the house.
