The open concept design allows guests to interact with each other while cooking. The bar seats four people. The stackable washer and dryer are located just next to the kitchen for easy access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressers and a smart TV. The large closet with full length mirrors provides more than enough space to store clothes and personal belongings. The charming twin room has two single beds and a TV. Inside the closet you will find children's games, tennis rackets, and everything you need for a fun day at the beach. Beach gear includes four chairs, Large umbrella, Large cooler, three boogie boards, and Beach toys.
The community amenities are just a quick walk from the condo, making access to the beach and pool feel effortless. The community offers private beach access, heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a picnic area. Exploring the city is easy as the condo is centrally located. The condo is walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and is situated in between downtown Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Small dogs are welcome!
