About this property
Hilltop Hideaway
The first floor in the ocean view home is yours to enjoy with its own private entrance. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the casino and the beach. Large studio with gas fireplace and big screen TV. Includes Wifi, streaming service and coffee daily. Offers a kitchenette, bathroom and new queen pillowtop bed. My goal is to provide a clean and cozy home-like setting. Off street parking for one car and large back yard. This is a non-smoking home and host lives upstairs.
My rental is intended to spoil two. A large studio space laid out with a bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchenette. For three guests I am assuming two would share the queen bed and the third would be sleeping on a small burgundy couch that pulls out to show a hide-a-bed. The queen pillowtop bed was purchased new in 2024 and is amazingly comfortable. The hide-a-bed mattress is thin and smaller than a twin. It is best suited for a young child.
The home is split level and guests will enter from the downstairs door next to the garage. The stairwell to the upstairs is locked so you can enjoy privacy knowing your space is exclusively for you. The garage space is not included.

Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Lincoln City Skate Park and Putt N Bat. Jennifer Sears Glass Art Studio and Alder House Glassblowing are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
