Rich like the history of this home, the outdoor space provides the perfect element of relaxation and enjoyment. Soak up the sun while relaxing by the heated saltwater pool or sit in the shade under the spacious screened in porch while preparing a delicious meal on the new gas grill. Ample seating is provided around the pool area so that guests can choose between lounge chairs or Adirondack chairs. Feel the sea breeze and take in the ocean view as you swing away on the wooden bench swing or enjoy the sounds of the beach while you dine al fresco on the porch.

The lowcountry beach charm continues to the interior of this home. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. There are two dining areas in addition to the dining table located on the porch so everyone will have a seat at the table.

The living room is centrally located in the home with the bedrooms located on either side. An additional sitting room is located on the front of the home featuring warm natural light, perfect for a reading room.
There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms feature French doors that open onto the screened in porch allowing guests to embrace the full experience of the ocean sounds.

This home sleeps up to 12 guests. Bedrooms one and four have queen beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and bedroom three has a bunk bed with one twin, one double, and one twin trundle bed. The ground floor suite has a queen bed as well.

This home does include standard kitchen appliances (fridge, freezer with icemaker, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine cooler, etc.) as well as an additional fridge in the garage and a full size washer/dryer set.
No smoking, no pets an no parties or large gatherings. All guests must sign a rental contract before staying in the home. There is a ring camera on the front and back of the home.
