My whole experience was horrible... First, i get a text saying the orignal property wasnt available. We got switched to 6160 Oquendo... i was cool with it at first until... Second, the Oquendo property was super dirty. Tried contacting the host regarding this and they sent me to a different person to talk about a maid. I had mosquitos all over the window seals, mold growing in the showers and multiple other issues. The new "host/helper" had the maids came out and he told me, " the maids agreed that the property was extremely dirty. They cleaned only the bottom floor because the time to clean the rest of the house would have taken hourssss... so i dwalt with it becayse the host agreed they would talk about a partial refund. Third, my final night... the AC and warm water went out so i slept in my sweat all night for our last night... not happy at all and will be challanging this with VRBO.
