Stay in an upscale place that’s near everything you want to visit. This beautiful estate nestled within the Redwood trees, is a 10 min walk to downtown Boulder Creek restaurants and markets. This home has one of the most majestic fireplaces w/vaulted wooden ceilings in Santa Cruz County. Every room has its own private bath, estate has an outside jacuzzi, heated outside shower w/claw tub, swimming pool, beautiful front porch, firepit area, and even a glamping Yurt (Yurt is currently under renovation and not available yet). We have Google High Speed Routers (Fiber Optic Mesh System) throughout the home. T-Mobile seems to have better reception than Verizon or AT&T in the area, including 5G. Tesla Level 2 Gen 3 Charging Station based on actual usage, if needed.

3 Individual bedrooms (nightly price is per room). All 3 rooms have a king bed and private full bath room as well as a Half Bath by the Main Living Room. Common kitchen, living room and dining spaces as expected.

Guests have access to the full property grounds of 31,000 Sq Feet (.71Acre).

My wife and I can be found around the property usually working or looking up at the Redwoods. This is our home, we live here on the first floor in a fully furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment and we welcome you to join us in this little piece of heaven. Note: my Main Private closed Office, is just off the Formal Dining Room and I may have to access it on a very few occasions. But I'll text you in advance if needed. Ply note the property prices are Perronper night. So for some unknown reason this issue has not been resolved yet. If the price shows up as $189 then and you need all 3 rooms for 2 nights. Then it would be $189x3 rooms x 2 nights. I’m willing to work with our guests budgets to have a great enjoyable stay. This is a luxury estate that the pictures do not do it justice when you see it in person. It used to be a hunting lodge at one point. I’m researching the history with the local museum. It’s been owned by 2 Silicon Valley executives from Apple and Nvidia, and meticulously designed, upgraded, and furnished. You’ll love it here!
