This home has one of the most majestic fireplaces w/vaulted wooden ceilings in Santa Cruz County. Every room has its own private full bath and you can rent 1, 2 or 3 rooms (Price listed is for one room starting at $189/night). The estate has an outside jacuzzi, swimming pool, beautiful front porch, firepit area, and even a glamping Yurt (Yurt is currently under renovation and not available until late 2025).

The Estate is a 10 min walk from Downtown Boulder Creek, 8 minute walk from Scopazzi's Restaurant! There are 2 supermarkets, gas station, Pizzeria, a number of Cafes, Breakfast, Sushi, Excellent Mexican food, Antique stores, and more.

We have Google High Speed Routers (Fiber Optic Mesh System) throughout the home. T-Mobile seems to have better reception than Verizon or AT&T in the area, including 5G. Tesla Level 2 Gen 3 Charging Station based on actual usage, if needed.

All 3 rooms on the main floor have a king bed and private full bath room as well as a Half Bath by the Main Living Room. Kitchen, living room and dining spaces are very spacious and decorated beautifully. Fire pit area with swing and comfortable teak chairs! Spa/Jucuzzi for 7 people open year round. Huge 37 feet x 17 feet Pool (closed during winter months). The amenities including the Spa and Pool are for the exclusive use of our guests.

Guests have access to the full property grounds of 31,000 Sq Feet (.71Acre).

My wife and I can be found around the property working. We live here on the first floor in a fully furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment and we welcome you to join us in this little piece of heaven. We work with our guests budgets to have a great enjoyable stay. This is a luxury estate where the pictures do not do it justice when you see it in person. It used to be a hunting lodge at one point. We are researching the history with the local museum. It’s been owned by 4 Silicon Valley executives from Apple, Nvidia, and Hewlett-Packard, and meticulously designed, upgraded, and furnished.
