You will have the entire apartment over the garage with a standard double bed, single day bed and double futon sofa-bed along with a full bathroom and kitchen with all necessary appliances and cookware. Watch boats and dolphin alike on the river from the back porch of the main house or chairs at the river's edge. An easy 4 mi. from the downtown Sports Complex & Daily's Place concert venue.
You have full access to the exterior spaces of the 2.6 acre treed property which includes use of the porch and back deck which is common to the main house. The back porch includes benches, chairs, and a bench swing with direct view of the river.
The river is accessible for kayaking but requires your own equipment and walking on uneven ground at the river's edge.
