Nestled in a centrally located neighborhood with convenient access to the most iconic sites in the City of Angels (Downtown, Mid-City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Crypto Arena - formerly Staples Center, Dodgers Stadium, Bank of California Stadium, Sofi Stadium, Universal Studios, Rodeo Drive, Griffith Park Observatory, USC, UCLA, LACMA, The Broad, Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Walk of Fame, etc.)

You'll have access to the entire home & private backyard with private jacuzzi + one parking spot in the gated driveway.

We will send you check in instructions 5 days before your arrival.

We'll give you your privacy but are always available if you need us during your stay :)

Car or Uber/Lyft will be most convenient during your stay.

SECURITY: Please note that we have a Ring doorbell camera set up next to the front door. We have positioned the camera to face the driveway to ensure your safety and privacy.
1. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am. There is a 10pm noise curfew in the city if LA and it’s strictly enforced out of respect to our neighbors so we ask that you bring everyone inside & close the windows & doors if you plan to celebrate past 10pm. Guests CANNOT be outside on the property or neighboring properties after 10pm. Our neighbors had too many people outside yelling, having loud conversations, or making noises that wake them up so this is very important.

2. You are responsible for taking down & disposing of all decorations before you leave. And if you do put anything up please only use masking tape or painters tape. We also ask that if there is excess trash/food that you dispose of it in the outside trashcans. No glitter, or confetti (including confetti filled balloons). We’ll charge an extra cleaning fee of $150 USD if our cleaners have to do anymore than the normal turnover clean due to an event.

3. Only 8 people max can sleep at the house.

4. All furniture must be moved back to its original place.

5. Check out is 10am (unless otherwise discussed prior to your checkout day). Out of respect to our cleaners and their busy schedules, your group will be charged double the cleaning fee ($150 USD) if you are not all out by 10:20am.

6. There will be an extra $75 USD charge if our cleaners have to clean vomit or any other bodily fluids on the interior, exterior, or neighboring properties. We expect all guests to be respectful and understand the health concerns this kind of cleaning entails.

7. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties. If our neighbors or noise monitors pick up on excessive guests, loud music or conversation, or any other disrespect/damage to our property, neighboring property, or our neighbors well-being in general you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will also be fined $2000 USD. Any parties put our listing at risk and disrupts the community so we take this very seriously.

8. No smoking of ANY kind inside the house. If guests smoke outside please make sure all doors & windows are closed and butts/ash are properly disposed of. There is a $500 USD fine if the place smells like smoke of any kind upon checkout.

9. No bubbles or glass in the jacuzzi.

10. PET FEE: We allow small & medium sized dogs for a $150 USD fee, per pet/per stay rate. No cats or other animals. We ask that owners pickup after their pets. Any visiting dogs (even if they do not stay the night) are subject to a pet fee as well.

11. We require a $350 security deposit for all bookings, regardless of the length of stay. This deposit helps protect our property in case of any damages during your visit. The deposit will be fully refunded upon a successful inspection of the property 7 days after checkout.
