KITCHEN – Well-equipped kitchen with counter seating, extra-large double sink under bright window, extra-large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat-top stove & oven with over the range microwave, and toaster oven. 12-cup coffee machine, and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cups, mugs, cutting board, cooking utensils, blender, and pantry items - what you need to prepare meals at the cottage.

DINING ROOM – Open dining room off the kitchen and living room with a large table for everyone to eat together. This cottage features an outdoor dining table for four on the porch too!

LAUNDRY – Full size washer and dryer located on the 1st floor. Iron & Board provided.

BEDROOMS - OPTIONAL - FRESH BED SHEETS AND TOWELS! ($100 additional charge). ONLY pillows and blankets are provided.

Bedroom 1: 2nd floor Master bedroom with queen size bed and desk (for remote working needs).
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor bedroom with double size bed.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor bedroom with double size bed.
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds (4 twin size beds).

LIVING ROOM – Comfortable place to gather with a large couch, loveseat, and reclining chair. Watch your favorite shows as usual with streaming services on the large, flat-screen Smart TV or curl up in front of the electric fireplace. Board games too! Direct access to wrap around porch.

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking. Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.

Quiet Hours of 5 PM to 8 AM strictly enforced (Memorial Day through September 15). All of Sunday is a “quiet day.” This cottage is in the Chautauqua Neighborhood District. Additional Rules & Regulations apply.
