The spacious kitchen has a gas stove, tons of counter and storage space, and a sleek island with bar seating. Take your pick between two different living rooms, each with a TV that can stream your favorite shows or movies.

On the third floor, you'll find an entire suite complete with a bedroom, bathroom, sink, and small fridge. The top level also offers a dedicated office and a playful balcony with a swinging chair and ocean views. Below, choose between two more rooms with queen beds that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom or the final bedroom with another private balcony overlooking the water.

Sitting right between San Diego and Los Angeles, Oceanside is a classic beach town that makes every day feel like summer vacation. Stroll the bungalow neighborhoods to experience relaxed SoCal vibes, lounge on the beach, or explore the East-Coast-style harbor and historic pier. There are plenty of dining, surfing, and entertainment options, and the prime location makes it easy to visit other must-see attractions in the surrounding areas of California. Locally known as O'side, this quaint yet buzzing coastal haven is a one-of-a-kind destination.

Legoland (10 mins), San Diego Zoo-Safari Park (20 mins), Sea World(30 mins) and the San Diego Zoo (40 mins). Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 10-20-minute drive.

Expect to be able to walk, bike, or short ride everywhere you'll want to go nearby. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The Oceanside train station is nearby as well.

This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
