- These are FOUR separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 25/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 25 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of USD 15 /night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- The Departure Cleaning fee is not included in the daily rate. A mandatory departure Cleaning fee of $199.00 /day/unit plus tax will be collected upon arrival.

- Exterior stucco repairs will continue for the coming months. Noise should be expected from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday;
- Exterior window and door replacements have begun. This will not affect individual guest rooms while
occupied, but will be accompanied with necessary staging equipment visible throughout the properties
exterior, noise and activity Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM;
- Various interior room renovations may take place in adjacent suites from time to time.
- The swimming pool, hot tub, and grille area will be closed from August 19 to 24, 2024, for renovations. During this time, temporary beach access will be available around the closed area.
