A private neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located less than a minute from the home. Use the boat ramp to launch your own boat to keep at your dock. As you turn to face the back of the home, you’ll notice two large entertaining porches to choose from; the perfect spaces to enjoy your meals, play board games, or simply relax with a good book. The upper porch is located directly off of the living room and kitchen for easy meal access, and is completely screened in.

This home also boast 4 total bedrooms with not one, but two master bedrooms with en suites! The first master bedroom is located on the top floor of the home with a spacious king bed and adjoining master bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate stand up shower.
