Beautiful 2/2 New Build Tiny House: Cowboy Pool, Fire Pit, Mini Golf, Swing Bed

Welcome to our tiny home, this is our sanctuary from life’s hustle and bustle, and we are excited to share it with you!! With 600 square feet of covered outdoor fun that includes a Cowboy pool (hot/cold), swing bed, TV, BBQ, and dining/game table. There is also a fun exterior outdoor space with a putting green, corn hole, and a lounge area with a fire pit. This is a great place for fun for escape, relaxation and making memories!!

The SPACE:
This tiny house has a lot of amenities for a small space! This home is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, providing a fun-filled vacation for your group. Galveston is one of our family's favorite places to relax and reconnect, and I'm sure you'll create wonderful memories here too.

BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, both include a Queen size bed and black out shades.

BATHROOMS:
There are 2 bathrooms. One is an en suite to the primary bedroom. We provide shampoo (Pantene), conditioner (Pantene), and body wash (Oil of Olay). Plush towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels, hairdryers.

KITCHEN/HOUSE BASICS PROVIDED:
The fully stocked kitchen and gas grill make meal preparation simple. We provide all household basics, including spices, olive oil, red vinaigrette, K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, paper towels (Bounty), baggies, saran wrap, aluminum foil, dish soap (Dawn), dishwasher tabs (Cascade), hand soap, grill propane, toilet paper (Charmin), laundry detergent (Tide), and garbage bags.

Appliances include a Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and blender . We also have a selection of cookware, bakeware, kitchen utensils, tupperware, and serving dishes.

WORKSPACE:
We set up a desk with 2 chairs in the entryway to use for multiple purposes. You can work comfortably there. We have strong WiFi so you can always be connected if needed. You can also use the space to comfortably blow dry your hair and put on your makeup for a fun evening out.

TELEVISIONS:
There are 2 TVs. The one in the common area in the house is a 42” TCL Roku Smart TV. The one in the downstairs outdoor area is a 55” TCL Roku Smart TV. You can log into your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- No Smoking/Vaping: Please respect this rule.

- No Parties: We love a good time, but let's keep it neighbor-friendly.

- No Pets: Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets.

-Quiet Hours: This is a neighborhood. We ask you to respect the neighbors by observing quite hours from 10pm-8am.

Two outdoor cameras ensure your safety and peace of mind. They are located at the front door and the driveway.

WILDLIFE:
We do regular pest control, but Mother Nature is always around and is especially hard to control in the outdoor spaces.
