It's going to be fall foliage season soon! Welcome to your updated 4 bedroom post and beam mountain retreat. Soak up the sun while having morning coffee on the wrap around deck. With proximity to Story Land, North Conway shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing, mountain biking, Attitash, the Saco River, Mt. Washington, and hiking trails, adventure awaits right outside your door. Unwind after a day of exploration in two spacious living areas. The main floor has a sectional couch with flat screen TV. The lower level game room has a pool table, ping pong table, pro foosball table, and another family room area with couches and a flat screen TV. If the weather is hot, enjoy a swim in the pool. Enjoy the updated kitchen or the gas Weber grill before stargazing at the night sky. Your cozy haven awaits!

*There are 2 outside security cameras for your safety and the safety of the property. One is located on the bottom floor facing the parking area and the other is integrated into a flood light near the front door. There are no interior cameras or cameras in any living spaces.

Immaculately Clean Home with a Fun Basement!

We had an amazing stay! The house was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The photos in the listing matched perfectly—no surprises! We especially loved the basement during our downtime; it was a great space to relax and have fun. Located right around the corner from Story Land, Cranmore, North Conway and so much more! Highly recommend this place!

Nice house, great location

The house was very clean and communication with the property managers was great. Convenient location for enjoying the outdoors and North Conway. We also enjoyed the pool nearby! It would be great if a few more basics were supplied for the house (e.g. coffee filters, more dishwasher pods, shampoo).

The property was very clean. The kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. The owner was great to deal with - we hope to return soon!

July 4th get away

House was as described and our stay was very nice. Clean and organized and had everything we needed. The pool was a short walk and was enjoyable at the end of the day. Owner communication was very good as well. Proximity to everything we wanted to do was just right for us. This place is very close to Attitash and would be great for a winter trip as well.
