This is an open one bedroom unit in an apartment complex right in the heart of downtown Redmond
Open one bedroom means the bedroom is not fully enclosed but does have a wall separating it from the living space (see photos for floor plan)
Top floor unit with large windows overlooking beautiful blue sky and a large green tree which makes for a nice view
Full kitchen, queen sized bed, large storage closet and full shower/bath
Dining table to enjoy morning coffee, meals or to use as a work desk
While this unit is on the top floor, the apartment is located downtown so you will hear cars and some small city noises, especially if you leave the window open (we have AC though!)
It is an apartment complex so you do have neighbors you may hear or see-- please be courteous of them
You have access to all the apartment amenities (rooftop, grill, clubhouse which includes a full large sized kitchen, lots of seating and work spaces and shuffleboard)
The rooftop and club house are shared spaces with the rest of the complex
Parking is in an underground, secured, garage
